How to realise effective change in your organisation, teams and people

Be it in a context of re-organisation, introducing technologies, strategic shifts or needs identified to change the ways of working, managing change is a recurring theme that companies and their people are faced with. Dealing with change requires specific attention and focus. Two basic elements to be considered are understanding the drivers of change and how to realise an effective change.

During this seminar, PwC will talk you through some of the elements of change management in the context of a supply chain organisation. Amongst others, the impact of the company culture and behaviours, embedding intended changes, managing team dynamics and introducing improved (performance based) ways of working are topics that we will touch upon.

Furthermore, a representative of the Pfizer Supply Chain organisation, together with PwC, will talk about their currently ongoing transformation programme. We will talk you through the components of their programme, the dynamics observed and the realisations, but also challenges the teams are facing.
