Lanark supported a global snack&food player with a program of tactical interventions to streamline warehouse operations.The program combined process & WMS developments, the implementation of shuttle racks and a digital operational excellence intervention in the warehouse administration.
The developments focussed on small, tactical changes to improve the day-to-day operator interaction with the system and enabling new flows.
We lead the shuttle rack project, from design & dimensioning over building the business case to vendor selection, construction management and start-up.
We optimised the processes of the admin team through job shadowing and smart automation development.
