Design & Build EPC supply chain
We partnered with a major EPC player to design and build their construction yard supply chain.
This was part of a complete organisation redesign moving from a typical project-based organisation to a matrix structure, building in-house supply chain capability.
We designed expediting and yard logistics processes, built a tailored warehouse management solution, and created visibility on inventory and tooling.
As a multi-year collaboration, we initially provided the operational support to execute the different processes, gradually handing over to a newly built in-house team.
